I am Jennifer Pereira, RD, CSCS . I have figured out food and fitness, and found there is far more to life. I am on a quest to squeeze the most out of life. I developed this blog to promote the concept and habit of sucking the marrow out of life for the masses. People are asleep, hypnotized to the monotonous habit of living. I know–I’ve been there. It sucked, but not in a good way.
